Translation Services

We offer multi-language document translation services for general texts, marketing materials, company documents, educational texts, product user manuals, technical manuals, employee handbooks, sales literature and more.

To ensure the quality of your translated document, we follow a detailed translation process. This process is tailored to fit the needs of our clients, regardless of the size or scope of the project.

Each document is assigned to a translator with expertise in that field with a second translator assigned to proofread the completed translation. We pride ourselves in providing highly accurate, professional documents.

Quote and Translation Process:
A. E-mail us your document (or website URL) to be translated. Please limit attachment size to 3 MB.
B. We will e-mail you back (within 24 hours) a firm-fixed price quotation.
C. Upon your review and acceptance of our quotation your document will then be translated, edited and proofread by no less then two (2) of our qualified translators.

Your translated document will be mailed or e-mailed back to you and archived for quick retrieval. (We can also send it on CD if required)
We will then invoice per our previous agreed upon terms.

Watch your project take shape:
On larger projects, you will be able to monitor the progress of your translation. We will upload your translated document to our server where you can view the progress on-line from your computer.

Back-Up:
A back-up copy of every customer translated document is kept in our office and on our off-site server for 2 years, at no charge to the client.
